The offline programming system that was developed in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF in Magdeburg and SM Calvörde Sondermaschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG makes it possible to generate executable NC codes. The programming system has been already successfully tested and integrated into our products.

This programme not only makes it possible to enter welding spots and their composition into a welding programme, but also provides the option of doing this while offline. This makes it possible to test the attainability of each welding spot and to check whether a collision between the parts of the machine may occur in practice.
